At Vaskart, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver premium-quality herbal powders and botanical ingredients that meet our quality standards. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Damaged product received during transit
  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Include supporting photographs and relevant details

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Customized or specially manufactured orders
  • Products returned after the specified return period

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, Vaskart will process one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit (if applicable)
  • Refund of the product value

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order details
  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production, processing, or shipment begins.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

International Orders

For export shipments, claims related to shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Supporting documentation may be required for investigation and claim processing.
